underwhelming experience at this resort
missing amenities limited channels
the staff were very cute and friendly .
My room lacked essential amenities, such as an iron and ironing board. I had to request them. the light switches were also difficult to locate and the television had limited channels available, especially regarding international news.

gym closure lack of communication
the restaurants served good food , with diverse options.
i was disappointed that the gym was closed for refurbishment upon arrival. i was not informed of this closure beforehand. this lack of communication is unacceptable.
